Mountaineering Scotland has announced the completion of a three-hundred-thousand-pound project to rebuild over three kilometres of eroded pathways on An Teallach.
The major restoration project - delivered by specialist contractors Cairngorm Wilderness Contracts - was completed two months ahead of schedule in March.
Finance for the project was secured by a combination of community fundraising, and support from charitable trusts, corporate partners and mountaineering clubs.
Volunteers also played a vital role contributing over four hundred hours of work to the project, supporting contractors on the mountain while developing their own practical conservation skills.
