Royal Mail in partnership with the Co-op have installed a new parcel locker in Gairloch, which went live this week.
All Post Office services are still available locally in Gairloch, Poolewe, Laide and Kinlochewe areas as previously. The new locker at the Co-Op, will be emptied in the morning so that any items which have been posted will be taken back to the Inverness Mail Centre along with the usual mail collections. Any items which have been selected to be delivered into the lockers, will be served as part of the normal delivery run to that part of Gairloch.
And in today’s football news:
Ross County and Inverness Caley Thistle both have significant home matches this afternoon. County plays Ayr United and needs to win to keep its chance of avoiding automatic relegation from the Championship.
Caley Thistle knows that if it wins its final three games it will secure automatic promotion from League One and will be looking to start that sequence when it plays bottom club, Kelty Hearts.
Both games kick off at three o'clock today.
